These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, as well as any other written policies and documentation that we may provide from time to time. You agree to use our Services in compliance with these Terms.
Your use of our Services in any manner means that you agree to the Terms. Unfortunately, if you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Account
If you create a user account to avail yourself of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Aikarrie cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Responsibility of Website Visitors
Aikarrie has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, Aikarrie does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service you grant us the right to display such Content on and through the Service if your settings are set for public access. Aikarrie has the right but not the obligation to monitor all Content provided by users.
Any content you upload belongs to you and is your responsibility. We also ask that you take care to protect minors from accessing harmful material on your site. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. In addition, Content found on or through this Service that are not originally submitted, posted, or displayed by users are the property of Aikarrie or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
Any content stored on the Service will be stored indefinitely, unless it is explicitly deleted. This process is described under "Termination".
AIGC:
We will use Midjourney's services, so aikarrie follows each of his terms of service. One of these : "If you upscale the images of others, these images remain owned by the original creators." So we follow https://cv.iptc.org/newscodes/digitalsourcetype/trainedAlgorithmicMedia and Digital Image GUID Metadata protection XMP attributes about digital images, This ensures the rights of creators. So we'll post the GUID information of the original creator who generated the images (Midjourney Official name: jobID) . All cover art and internal images for public viewing are compressed by 50% of the size and 50% of the quality into webp format, the original images are in png format.
Subscriptions and payments
1.Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Aikarrie cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Aikarrie customer support.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Payment processing services for Users of the Services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a User of Aikarrie Service, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. You shall provide Stripe with accurate and complete billing information and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Aikarrie to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
2.Free Trial
Aikarrie may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
At any time and without notice, Aikarrie reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
3.Refund
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Aikarrie on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Aikarrie.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aikarrie.
Aikarrie has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Aikarrie shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Prohibited uses
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:
